Day 1
Arrive Tbilisi
Transfer to your hotel. Evening walk through the old town and up to Narikala fortress by cable car.

Tbilisi city
The sulphur bath district, Sioni Cathedral, the Bridge of Peace and the Dry Bridge market.

Day 3
Kazbegi
North along the Georgian Military Highway past Ananuri fortress and Gudauri, then 4x4 up to Gergeti Trinity Church at 2,170m.

Day 4
Mtskheta and Uplistsikhe
The old capital at Mtskheta with Jvari and Svetitskhoveli, then the rock-hewn town of Uplistsikhe.

Day 5
Kakheti wine country
Sighnaghi, the walled town above the Alazani valley, and tastings at family wineries using traditional qvevri clay vessels.

Depart Tbilisi
Transfer to the airport.
